Website information
Website descriptions and starting prices are informational and do not create a service agreement. Scope, route eligibility, scheduling, access, price and payment terms must be confirmed in writing.
Service authorization
The person requesting service confirms that they own the property or have authority to approve access and service. Clients are responsible for accurate property, access, collection-day and emergency-contact information.
Property watch limitations
Property-watch visits are visual, non-invasive observations within the agreed scope. They are not security, alarm monitoring, engineering, environmental testing, insurance inspection or a guarantee that damage, crime, leaks, pests or weather impacts will be prevented or discovered.
Coastal Curb Care
The property must maintain active municipal, HOA or private collection service. Coastal Curb Care coordinates the placement and return of approved bins; it does not provide or replace trash collection. Published plan pricing assumes the stated number of standard residential bins, an approved collection schedule and a safe, level, unobstructed access path within the stated distance. Extra bins, extended paths, gates, stairs, steep grades, loose or uneven surfaces, unsafe access, overfilled or unusually heavy bins and other property-specific conditions may require added charges or custom pricing.
Bins must contain properly bagged household waste accepted by the property’s collection provider and remain safely movable by one team member. Loose or interior trash, hazardous or prohibited materials, liquids, construction or yard debris, bulk items, junk removal, hauling and disposal are outside the standard monthly plan and require separate approval when available.
Collection-provider delays, missed pickups, route changes, contaminated recycling, rejected contents and conditions outside our control do not constitute a failure of Coastal Curb Care. We will document known conditions and coordinate the next available step under the approved service agreement.
Weather and access
Service may be delayed, modified or cancelled when weather, evacuation orders, flooding, road closures, unsafe conditions, locked access or other circumstances prevent safe performance.
Photographs and reports
We may create photographs and service reports for documentation, quality control and communication with authorized client contacts. We will not use private-property images for public marketing without separate permission.
Payments, cancellations and additional work
Final payment, renewal, cancellation, rescheduling, emergency and additional-work terms will appear in the approved proposal or service agreement. Work outside the agreed scope requires authorization and may incur additional charges.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Texas law. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls.
